Adesanya destroys Costa
Israel Adesanya defends the Middleweight Championship with a great KO to Paulo Costa. Jan Blachowicz was also proclaimed champion by KO in the second round.
Long legs are one of the hallmarks of Israel Adesanya. The UFC middleweight champion proved again that he knows how to use it as two weapons of mass destruction. With them he kept Paulo Costa at bay and began the beginning of the end for the Brazilian. The Nigerian won by KO in the second round and adds his third defense. He begins to clean up the division, but he wants to make history and has already made it clear who should be next. "If he has beaten Whittaker, he has to be next," he said about the Octagon when talking about Darren Till.
