‘I Used To Love Him’ But How Long Can You Love Something That Don’t Love You Back?

50 Cent’s relationship with his other son Marquise Jackson has been well-publicized. Though Marquise looks like a spitting image of the rapper, 50 Cent has gone on the record as being done with his oldest son – and the sentiment has seemed to go both ways over the years.

There wasn’t always bad blood between 50 Cent and his 22 year-old son. In a past interview 50 Cent revealed when Marquise was born his life changed for he better. “When my son came into my life, my priorities changed, because I wanted to have the relationship with him that I didn’t have with my father,” he said (via VH1). 50 Cent also has a tattoo of Marquise on his right bicep.

During a 2014 interview on Philly’s Morning Show with Shamara and Laiya, 50 Cent claimed, his estranged son, Marquise ’embraced his mom’s perspective’ of him, which ruined their relationship. After the interview, 50 Cent’s baby mama, and mother of Marquise went to social media to set the record straight. “You don’t have a relationship with my child because you choose not to, you want to bully him, threaten him, and talk about his mother in a disparaging manner.”

“I don’t try to mentally abuse my son like you do! I don’t talk about you your actions speak for themselves. Who threatens to sh–t their son on Instagram?”
